Our Money Back Guarantee is offered to you (our new customer) so that you have a "no risk" opportunity to try our Products. 

We guarantee your Money Back (see refund LIMIT below) if you request a refund within 1 year of your original recorded order date.  

Orders after the first recorded order DO NOT have a Money Back Guarantee.  

Only the originally recorded first order of a product has a Money Back Guarantee.  

Orders after the first order have a replacement exchange assurance for any damage occurring during shipment. 

REFUND LIMIT: Your original purchase price will be refunded up to a Maximum of a two (2) ounce order. Any first time order being placed above the two ounce amount will only receive a refund for the two (2) ounce maximum. 

To obtain your refund simply email to refunds@bnbassociates.us and return the original product containers and a copy of the invoice. 

Refund will be processed and a Company check will be mailed within 30 days from date of return product and invoice receipt.
